These
traditional style collars are made from water buffalo hides.
They are embellished with bells, brass pieces, poms, and beads.
Colorful linings are wool-made from the sheep fleece that have
been felted and dyed. The felt serves a similar purpose to the
cloth placed around a dog's neck under the metal spiked collars.
